BREVE BIOGRAFIA
Nato
a Bengasi (Libia), ha studiato negli Stati Uniti e in Gran Bretagna.
Dal 1978 insegna Scienze politiche del Medio Oriente all’Università
Ben-Gurion del Negev, dove nel 1981 ha fondato il centro J.R. Elyachar
per lo studio del patrimonio culturale sefardita, e collabora con
diverse università negli Stati Uniti, in Israele e in Italia.
